First of all, we hope that you and everyone around you is safe and healthy during those challenging times!
Your patience and support have been amazing so far and we can’t thank you enough for that! It’s a very humbling experience and shows the great community around Track Day drivers.
At the moment, we do not have any specific news regarding our upcoming Track Days at Bilster Berg (12th June), Mettet (23rd of June) and Dijon (31st July). As of now, all the events will go forward as planned - but as you know, the situation can change within a day.
Below, we outlined some of the questions that you may have:
WHAT HAPPENS IF A TRACKDAY GETS CANCELLED?
If a Trackday has to be cancelled due to restrictions of the authorities, you will receive a full refund of your track day fee! Alternatively, we also offer a credit / voucher of the full amount which you can use for any of our upcoming Track Days during the next 18 months (You will receive a full refund if you do not use the voucher within this timeframe).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND A TRACK DAY BECAUSE OF TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS OF MY COUNTRY?
As this will most likely be an exception and not that many of you will be affected, we suggest getting in touch once it’s clear that your government prohibits any outbound travel. We are surely able to find a solution that’s acceptable for both sides.
WHAT IS A TRACK DAY DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC GOING TO LOOK LIKE?
Well, at the moment we don’t really know. What we do know though is that our online administration and E-Briefing will help in keeping the personal contact during the event to the absolute minimum. In addition, we are in touch with the local health authorities to discuss the measures we can put into place, to make sure everyone involved stays safe during our Track Days.
Also, as we can be reasonably sure about the fact that some sort of social distancing measures will be in effect during summer, we kindly ask you to consider the following:
- Please only take people with you if it’s absolutely necessary. The smaller the number of people at the track, the safer the event will be for each one of us and chances rise, that the local authorities let us move forward with the event
We want to remind you once again, that you can contact us anytime. We take pride in our quick response times. If you contact us via E-Mail, you’ll receive an answer within a couple of hours. Via Facebook, we have a response time of around 30 minutes!
From now on, we will publish a brief update on a weekly basis and will let you know about the latest developments around our Track Days. Please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay in the loop!
