WELCOME TO YOUR E-BRIEFING...
...in preparation for your Track Day at Bilster Berg.
This is an extremely important step, so we kindly ask you to pay close attention and really internalise all that's important to ensure we'll all stay safe during the Track Day and have a great time together!
E-BRIEFING AND E-WAIVER
The General Briefing includes an introduction to our Track Days, Driving Etiquette and Rules. Here you can also sign our Online Liability Waiver (E-Waiver).
Please be reminded, that all drivers and passengers need to sign E-Waiver until Wednesday, the 17th April at 5:00pm. If you fail to sign the waiver, you will not be able to check in until after 9:00am - no exceptions!
STEP I - BRIEFING
In the "General Briefing", we'll go over the most important aspects of our Track Days including check-in and registration, equipment you have to bring as well as our driving rules.
STEP II - LIABILITY WAIVER
The E-Waiver is one of the most important documents and needs to be signed by all drivers, passengers and spectators until Wednesday, 17th April at 5:00pm.
STEP III - CHECK SCHEDULE
Download your schedule here and remember that once you completed the E-Briefing there is no fixed check-in time! You can arrive whenever you want!
PART II - TRACK BRIEFING
The Track Briefing will give you more insights about Bilster Berg, from how to get there to track specific rules and regulations.
ALL DRIVERS HAVE TO COMPLETE THE TRACK BRIEFING BEFORE THE TRACK DAY.
