Event & Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d)

For our participants, our events are often the highlight of the year. You ensure that every interaction exceeds expectations and that every customer touchpoint is professional, personal, and solution-oriented. As the first point of contact, you guide our customers before, during, and after each event. You coordinate operations, support participants, manage partner relationships, and help transform every event into a memorable experience.
Your Mission
- Support and assist our customers before, during, and after events
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Support participant management and event organization
- Coordinate event operations on-site at racetracks across Europe
- Support partners, service providers, and customers throughout events
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire customer journey

- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset
- Outstanding organizational skills and a hands-on attitude
- A friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Willingness to travel for event assignments across Europe
- A passion for motorsport, events, and direct customer interaction
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- French and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage
