You coordinate racetracks, partners, and service providers, bring people and resources together, and ensure that great plans become unforgettable events.
Your Mission
- Strategically plan and manage our European event calendar
- Negotiate, coordinate, and collaborate with racetrack operators, partners, and service providers
- Take responsibility for scheduling, capacity planning, and resource management
- Optimize existing processes and event operations
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and project objectives
- Ensure the professional execution of our events, both behind the scenes and on-site
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in project management, event management, or a similar field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a structured way of working
- A passion for motorsport, events, and dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- French and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage
